A Tune of Calm
In moments when worries weigh down the heart,
And tension lingers, never to part,
There lies a place, simple and sweet,
With friends and music, where joy and peace meet.
So tune in to Fever, let the rhythm flow,
With voices that comfort, like a warm, gentle glow.
Jabbar’s laughter, Sophia’s cheer,
Karim’s words kind, bringing warmth near.
Mahi’s calm like a gentle breeze,
And beside you, Shahabbuddeen, there to ease—
Handsome and kind, with a smile so bright,
In his presence, even worries feel light.
Let music wrap around, so gentle and true,
A melody crafted for souls just like you.
Breathe deep, let go, and drift on the sound,
Where peace and happiness can always be found.
May this bring a bit of calm to your day. Relax, breathe, and let the music carry your worries away!

There are many ways to relieve stress and tension, including
Exercise: Regular physical activity can help you feel less stressed. The Department of Health and Human Services recommends at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity per week, or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity. You can also try strength training exercises at least twice a week.
Practice mindfulness: Try to identify and challenge negative thoughts. You can also try taking time out to relax.
Get enough sleep: Stick to a regular sleep schedule and try to get enough restful sleep.
Eat healthy: Eat regular, healthy meals and avoid too much caffeine.
Reduce loud noises: Loud noises can trigger the stress response, so try wearing earplugs or noise-canceling headphones.
Take up a hobby: Try something you enjoy, like gardening, reading, or sewing.
Spend time outdoors: Getting some fresh air can help.
Talk to someone: Talk to a friend or family member about how you're feeling.
Help others: Volunteering or doing someone a favor can help you become more resilient.
Try supplements: Some vitamins and supplements may help, such as melatonin, ashwagandha, L-theanine, and B vitamins.
Use a stress ball: Squeezing a stress ball is a portable and non-violent way to relieve tension.
Try stretching: Stretching can help relieve stress.

Personally for me I like to read a book or go to my karate session away from school. Away from homework. Away from everything

In order to relive my stress - i go to the gym to boost my endorphins (natural mood lifters) and even a short 10-15 minute walk, can have a noticeable impact.

In order to relieve my stress on an average week, I really enjoy being active. I am a member of a netball team at my university, so training/playing matches a few times a week, allows me to get out and about to exercise. The social aspect of the team is also one way that helps me relieve stress, meeting up with friends outside a formal setting, really instills a sense of belonging and happiness in my day to day.

I focus on self-care - making sure I focus on myself - this can be difficult living a busy life. BUT Sometimes its about putting the earphones on and going for a walk which always helps to de-stress and get perspective on things.

I go for a long Walk in the fresh air, it does wonders to reduce my stress level, especially after finding out all the benefits of walking from Fever Radio.
